Any in stock item without customization and resizing will be shipped within 2 business days via UPS overnight shipping. Minor adjustments and resizing with delay the order by 1 business day. Multiple items will always be shipped together unless request by the customer. You will receive an initial confirmation e-mail after submitting your order. All of our products contain genuine diamonds, gold, and platinum unless otherwise specified. Our diamonds come from our factory do not carry certificates; certificates are available for additional charge. The diamonds displayed on Irma-Diamonds.com are examined by our specialists and their grades will always be the same or better than those found on the certificates. (back to top)

An EGL certificate is available for all orders for an additional charge and will delay your order by up to 7 business days. A GIA certificate will cause a delay of up to 14 business days and an additional charge will be applied. (back to top)

Irma-Diamonds.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, PayPal, certified checks and money orders. Bank wire transfer is acceptable with a $25 bank service charge. No personal checks are accepted. Payment by money order delays the order by 7-10 business days; the check has to be cleared by your bank before the merchandise can be shipped. If you are interested in canceling your order, you can do so free of charge before the items are shipped and the payments processed. We offer free, next day shipping via UPS on all of our products. All shipped items are insured. We ship only within the Continental United States and no international orders are accepted. Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange all products as long as you follow our return policy. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date of purchase. You may exchange any product or receive credit for the product within 60 days of the purchase date. (back to top)

The product must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. The returned item will be inspected and verified that it is the exact product that you received. All product returns are subject to a lesser of 15% or $150. Restocking Fee is applied to cover our shipping, return processing, credit card fees, packing, as well as other processing expenses.
